The journal is designed to help you get the most out of your 30-day microdosing journey. The month follows a 3 day on and 2 day off protocol, designed to optimize brain cognition. Each day you will do a “check in” with your journal and follow the ritual prompts. Ideally you will do this in the morning before any other news or social media, but it can be done any time.

We believe in community and think the best way to learn something new is to learn it with like minded people. The check in’s serve as a safe place where we can come together, ask questions and share stories. Don’t worry if you can’t make the live calls! You can opt out of them or you can watch the recordings we will send out weekly.
