• Begin with one 200mg product
• We suggest taking it on a fairly empty stomach unless it causes nausea, in which case take with food.
• If you do not notice any “improvements” or feel like you could take more, try increasing your dose by 100mg at a time until your desired feeling.
• Continue adjusting until you find your baseline dose. This is the dose where you feel your best without feeling “high”, allowing you to fully function in your day-to-day activities. You may feel lighter, happier, less stressed, more creative, and focused. The longer you microcode the more benefit you will experience.
• We recommend the following protocol for at least 6-8 weeks to see the full benefit.

The Stamets Stack: This follows a 4/3 routine, which is four consecutive days on and three consecutive days off. Repeat the cycle. This is recommended for overall wellness.

Every Other Day: Follows a Monday, Wednesday, Friday on followed by the weekend off. This is recommended for managing mental health.

The Work Week: Microdose Monday- Friday and take off the weekends. This is recommend for advanced users looking to enhance their work and creativity.

Tips: If you’re just starting your microdosing joinery, you can begin with 1/2 a capsule, gummy, or square of chocolate. You can add capsule contents to a drink, but please note that doing so may result in experiencing the microcode faster. Adding the capsule contents to warm water with lemon can also enhance the effects of the active mushroom.
