Sugar Magnolia Sedona Women's Retreat Contract May 2025

The Sugar Magnolia LLC Retreat Agreement is made between Sugar Magnolia, Maria Brito LLC (“Coach”) and , the undersigned client (“You” or “Client”).

Sugar Magnolia LLC, Maria Brito Fitness LLC and You hereby agree to the following.

1. You are entering the "The Retreat Contract” whereby you will be attending the retreat in Sedona Arizona from May 15-18.

2. All payments for the retreat are final (non-refundable) and cannot be transferred to another retreat.

3. If you elect to enroll in the payment plan options, your credit card will be automatically charged monthly when each payment is due. One-time payments will be fully charged at time of purchase. If for some reason one of your payments cannot be processed successfully, your reservation shall be suspended until the payment is received. If the payment is over 7 days late, a late fee may be accessed to your balance.

4. You are agreeing to pay for your selected accommodation in full by 1 May 2025 with or without payment plan.

5. Coaching is for emotionally and psychologically healthy individuals. The Client accepts full responsibility for the actions that they take and as such, does not hold the Coach(es) liable for the consequences of the action of actions. Coaching is not counseling or therapy.

6. It is highly recommended for you to purchase travel insurance. This will protect you in the event that you are required to fly home early or are unable to join us last minute due to an unforeseen emergency. Coverage should include any COVID-related and medical-related cancellations. Please Note that most insurance companies require you to purchase the insurance within 20 days of first payment (if paying in installments). Sugar Magnolia LLC and Maria Brito Fitness LLC is a business and as all businesses do, we have an obligation to make sure our employees are paid and that our bills are paid. Non-refundable fees are exactly that non-refundable. The terms are non-negotiable and while we want to help you in any way we can, we cannot refund your money no matter what your reason is. This is why we so strongly advise you to obtain optional travel insurance protection. If you cancel for a covered reason, you can make a claim for a refund of your non-refundable payments.

Effective with all deposits: Because of our up-front costs organizing these trips and pre-paying venues and other vendors, we can’t give you a refund if your plans change or you are unable to travel because of health issues, work or family commitments, financial hardship or any other reason. This policy is the only way we can maintain the required minimum group size and impeccable level of service provided.

Travel Insurance is the only mechanism that can reimburse you if you are unable to join the trip. We strongly urge you to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. You do have the option to transfer your spot to another if your spot is paid in full.

7. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted, due to client cancellation. All payments are final. Refunds will ONLY be available if coach cancels retreat, due to under attendance or other circumstances deemed valid by coach. Client would then be offered a refund OR have the ability to put paid money towards coaching, another program/event hosted by Sugar Magnolia or Maria Brito.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sugar Magnolia LLC, Maria Brito Fitness, and its respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, lawsuits,liabilities, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs and/or expenses, including attorneys’ fees and costs, which they may suffer or incur as a result of any damage or injury to persons (including death), or property (including loss of use or theft thereof) arising out of or in connection with the retreat.

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE: Sugar Magnolia LLC and Maria Brito and DBA ‘Maria Brito Fitness LLC’ reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event hosted by Sugar Magnolia or Maria Brito, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. All photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Sugar Magnolia LLC and Maria Brito and DBA ‘Maria Brito Fitness LLC’ including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.By entering into this "The Awakening Retreat 2025" Agreement, You agree to have read and understand the foregoing provisions and agree to be bound hereby.
